All disputes related to this website will follow the legal framework of the UAE. Any individual younger than eighteen years old is prohibited from registering as a user of this website and is not allowed to transact or use the website.

Payment Methods

  1. We don’t save your payment details. 
  2. We only become a gateway for your payment details we do not save them.
  3. Your payment details are saved only by our payment provider.

Transaction Records

The cardholder needs to keep copies of both transaction records with Merchant policies and rules. Users can make payments through safedriver.com by using Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED currency. The website Safe driver.com follows the UAE law to avoid providing services or products to any countries listed on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanction lists. A single booking process may lead to two or more entries based on the cardholder’s monthly billing statement.

Terms and Conditions for SafeDriver Bundle Rides

1. Validity of Bundles

  • The ride bundles are valid for the time duration mentioned in the package  (e.g., 10 days for the 3-ride bundle, 30 days for the 10-ride bundle).
  • Rides that remain unused during the validity period of the package expire automatically without any option for future use or refunds. 

2. Sharing Rides with Friends and Family

  • Ride bundles are now available for sharing purposes between friends and family members through Safe Driver to enjoy the convenience and value of the package.

3. Exclusions

  • The following locations are not included in the ride bundles:
  1. Out of Dubai
  2. Dubai South
  3. Damac Hills 2
  4. Al Ghadeer Village
  5. Al Nahda
  6. Al Qusais
  7. Al Khawaneej
  8. Al Mizhar
  9. Palm Jebel Ali
  10. DIC (Dubai Industrial City)

Public holidays and other specific conditions would not apply to these packages. 

  • Customers holding bundles will receive 15% off on standard rares for rides to these locations.
  • Customers that use excluded locations from their bundle payment system will need to cover additional costs in separate transactions (e.g., a bundle rate of AED 70 would require separate payment for extra charges).

4. Peak Hours Policy

  • Peak service hours span from 2:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
  • Bundle Customers need to pay an extra AED 20 when using the service between 2:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
  • For non-bundle customers, the peak hour rate is AED 30.

5. Holiday Restrictions

  • Ride bundle packages exclude transportation service between both Christmas and New Year celebrations. Rides must be booked separately for these days.

6. Ride Availability

  • Ride availability is subject to driver availability. Please make your booking in advance to secure your preferred timings.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Customers need to make ride rescheduling requests at least 3 hours before the booking time with driver availability confirmation.
  • Cancellations within 3 hours of your scheduled ride may result in the automatic deduction of a ride from your existing bundle.

8. Non-Refundable

  • Bundle packages cannot be refunded.

9. Additional Charges

  • Requests for services that exceed the bundle specifications will result in additional costs according to the standard rate card.

10. Service Standards

  • Safe Driver is committed to providing service with professionalism as well as punctuality. However, The service may face delays because of traffic congestion, weather conditions, or unexpected situations.

11. Acceptance of Terms

  • A bundle package purchase by customers indicates their agreement with the stated terms and conditions. Safe Driver holds the authority to change these terms without sending any advance notification.

Terms and Conditions for SafeDriver Chauffeur Partnership Program – Weekend Service

Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms:

 1.1 By enrolling in the Safe Driver Partnership Program, you agree to follow all the terms and conditions listed in this document.

 1.2 Safe Driver possesses the authority to change these terms and conditions whenever it chooses to do so. All changes will be notified to drivers through their designated official communication channels.

 1.3 Drivers must provide accurate and updated information when registering for Safe Driver membership and throughout their association with Safe Driver.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Sign-Up Fee:

Participation in the program requires a non-refundable sign-up fee of AED 100 from each participant which is renewed every 6 months.

2.2 Security Deposit:

Enrollment requires paying a refundable AED 200 security deposit at the registration time. The driver can ask for their security deposit back after they leave the program while the wait time for processing is 25 days. Enrollment deposit will not be non-refundable when the program ends because of either program violation or behavioral misconduct.

3. Penalties for Violations:

The driver will be responsible for paying the entire issued penalty whenever they break traffic laws or violate regulations.

5. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of light-weight vehicle driving experience. Having chauffeur experience previously is a plus. The candidate should have strong communication skills to maintain clear and respectful interactions with clients. Candidates need to show no records of illegal activities neither any history of accidents nor drug use. Candidates must have three required documents for enrollment which include a valid Passport, Driving License, and Visa. The candidate must maintain a professional appearance, including personal grooming and proper attire while on duty. Candidates must have both a smartphone and active Internet connectivity to manage bookings and communicate. A candidate needs to be under 45 years of age to meet the physical requirements and ensure safe and efficient service.

6. Service Standards:

 6.1 Drivers must follow their assigned ride schedule and timing requirements without any delays.

 6.2 Failure to respond to ride notifications or ignoring assignments without any valid reason will result in penalties as per the program’s fine structure.

 6.3 Drivers are responsible for ensuring passenger safety by driving carefully throughout every ride. Reckless driving is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations, No-shows, and Customer Complaints:

 7.1 The driver must provide a valid reason for any ride cancellation, which should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled ride.

 7.2 Failure to notify about cancellation or no-shows leading to penalties listed in the Fine Sheet ensuring consistent standards of reliability and accountability within the program. A driver that receives customer complaints must face the specified fines listed in the Fine Sheet while the customer’s compensation will be deducted from the driver’s account. High standards of professionalism and service apply to both drivers and customers through these protective measures, ensuring reliable and fair service for all parties involved.

8. Termination and Refund Policy:

 8.1 Repeated violations with unprofessional conduct or customer complaints will give SafeDriver the right to end its partnership with drivers.

 8.2 SafeDriver offers drivers the option to exit from the program by providing a 20-day written notice.

 8.3 The security deposit will be non-refundable when termination occurs due to violations of program rules or misbehavior.

9. Compliance with Safety Standards:

All drivers need to follow traffic laws as well as safety standards throughout the entire period of their service. Road safety requirements must be strictly followed to ensure the protection of both passengers and all road users.

10. Acknowledgment of Terms:

The program requires the driver to accept and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
